Is there anyone with a bit of space on their Ballas site that would like to offset some cost and let me and my brother setup a tent? Just really hate ending up with a shitty spot every year.

We have a Ballas and we only have a tent and an SUV. You are welcome to setup in our spot with us as there will be plenty of room. You’ll also have electricity for lights or mini-fridge or whatever.
No need to split costs or anything.
We have 3 people (Myself, wife, daughter) and the Ballas pass allows 3 extra people besides the driver to enter a day early. We will only be able to get one of you guys in a day early if you wanted to do that. If not, we will just keep the area open for when you guys show up on official opening morning. No need to rush the gate … unless you like that sort of thing (some do).
Just let us know.

Mr Psyral, no 40′ wonderbagel with full kitchen, 3 tip outs and a second floor this year? I’ve been giving a lot of thought about your assassins game. It sounds cool as hell. Ive been wanting to drop it to make it happen for you. Just can’t seem to find the right time, place, and crowd. I have heard that a small group wants to have a giant water balloon war. The world record was 9800 people and they think a GotJ crowd can beat it. Just a warning to keep your electronics safe.

Do they really think they can get 9800+ this year? Would be great if they can but I am doubtful.
I may try to resurrect (probably not the correct word since it hasn’t been live yet) the Assassins game for the Gathering after this. For it to have any measure of success, I think it would need to be “sponsored” by one of those groups that host unofficial Gathering events. … Or if it is planned out well and organized with Scottie, maybe it could be a Faygoluver’s hosted game. It may even be good to look at some of the Assassin games played at Universities and see if they developed phone apps for it. See how they ran it. I am sure we would have to make the rules more Gathering appropriate.

I laughed at the number, thats what made me read some of the comments. It just seemed like it could have a small solid following.
The assassins game would need a louder voice to make it happen. But I could picture it being really fun to join or just watch from the sidelines. We’ll keep at it and maybe make it a solid plan for next year. I’ll talk to a few people and see what I can make happen. I’ll def keep you all in the loop here.
