I think a free concert could be a bad idea. random people, (non-juggalos) would go 2 the free show and give a shit about the march. it would be nice if the only way you could go 2 the free show, is that you go 2 the march! But how could Psy. regulate that?

Dope.  People liked the mystery guests last year so this year the whole lineup could be  mystery guests. Then they would announce that the first mystery guest was die antwoord… except that would be a lie, it would actually Blahzay Roze!  And then it would turn out that all the mystery guests were Blahzay Roze, and the whole Iraq gathering would be her playing 12 hour sets for 4 days straight!  As dope as that would be I’m sure you’d still find people who would complain

Combining the Gathering/March (which to the best of my understanding may or may not be not happening for sure as a separate Gathering that’s also the march but not and isn’t something different…maybe…as of right now.) seems like a recipe for disaster. I was already worried about the march because there WILL be Juggalos there that want to watch the world burn with them still on it. Those people are more or less easy to contain so long as you make your voice louder but add in some of the “If you don’t gather, you don’t matter” types and all bets are off. It’s like someone thought sending a bunch of Juggalos to fuckin D.C and then adding in a music festivals worth of drugs and fatigue to the situation was a good idea. The idea that it would even be an idea is somewhat alarming to me. 

I am with Psyral on not going. Not because I don’t care but because too much shit is going on in the world today for me to want to put myself or family in any situation that could harm us knowingly especially if the situation won’t do any good. I do hope everyone stays safe and I will send tons of love your way but this one is not the gathering/experience I want as my first.

I have plans on going. My brother-in-law got hit with gang affiliation charges over a t-shirt in a picture. Not a group of people wearing the same shirt. Him and his sister ( my girl) in a picture posted to social media. That’s some bullshit. I am a cool, calm, person. If I do nothing more than try to keep people from acting stupid all the way from the Lincoln Memorial to the Washington Monument then it will have been worth it. In my eyes.
