Hate to admit it but I'm starting to think GOTJ just needs to stick to being strictly underground. Mainstage for Psychopathic, rock, metal and the usual rap homies of psy whether you like them or not folks like KMK and Subnoize, Bone
Thugs, Three 6 Mafia and Hypnotize Minds, Ice Cube, Geto Boys, Hopsin and Funk Volume, ONYX, Tech N9ne and Strange…than sub stage and second stages for the under underground folks….maybe only mainstream folks snuck into these westcoast, eastcoast, third coast themed parties.

No way I’d pay 200 bucks to camp out and just watch Psy acts with Henry horrorcore splattered with fake blood playing the seconds stage.
Getting to see people like xibit, busta, Unexpectedly liking POD’s set, P Funk is what keeps me coming back. At least stuff like it. I’m ready for Eminem and Lady Gaga to play one .. That shit would be Bonkerz at a Gathering.

I went to GOTJ this year with such insane excitement for DMX (one of the only acts I truly traveled 16hrs to see, was hoping for another Busta type of moment lol) and it was a huge let down that he didn't show. Would love to hear an official reason why because regardless of how influential hes been or how much I enjoy his product, if he didn't show simply because of the crowd my respect for him is gonna be knocked down a notch for sure, its already teetering lol. I wanna know damnit!!!

Dmx lived in Duncan sc. My homie saw him at the local penthouse the night of gathering. His po moved him here it’s a small town outta Greenville sc. I’ve actually ran into him at wal mart. He pops up around here all the time im def gonna get an explanation
