there for it. actually, i performed on that same stage earlier in the day.
not braggin, its just what i think of whenever i see a picture of it. i can honestly say i played at a gathering before icp did.

it was the ajb booklet. if you called that hotline number right after jeckel bros came out, there was a long ass message from jumpsteady that broke it down.
at the time, though, they said it would be in december [on my birthday, in fact], that it would take place in st louis at the kiel center, and it would be a one-day event. they also implied that snoop dogg, ice t, krazy bone, odb, and biohazard would be there. im not sure if there was any wrestling. basicly a big ass all day concert. oh, and an instore at vintage vinyl.
that message was quickly replaced with something else, hype for the magic ninja reports or whatever. the next time it came up, it was being held in novi, and was pretty much the gathering as we know and love it today. although, still urbanized.

It was probably the best time in my life I used to get thrown backstage passes back then before I moved out of state. I was 15 almost 300 lbs I was doing the trivia and jumpsteady walked up to me. My wig was blown he asked who I was with I said nobody I didnt have friends back then cause of a bad case of ptsd he hung out with me almost the whole time of the gathering and even let me hop in the ring cause of the backstage pass it wasnt a real match but it was my 1st in the ring. He said i could go anywhere with the pass including meeting the bands but i didnt wanna hound dog and besides js brother was taking the time to hang out with me someone who didnt know what a friend was he became my not only a homie but a hero that day. And helped make me who i am. Thanks rob mmcl forever. And the other story that year was j trying to get to the bus and there were mad hound dogs me and billy bill were talking and j was trying to go out the back of the expo center i could tell he was having a panic attack cause i have em too anyways billy went up in front of j and tried playing bulldozer to make a way but hound dogs were still hitting j up so went up by billy and made a wedge with j in the middle we got to the bus and billy said i could hop in but j was rough so i told billy thanks but no last thing ya need during a panic attack is some ninja in your stuff. He looked at me smiled and said thanks from that gathering on i learned i did have homies. The hatchet. 4 life.

I got a foot thats like 4 ft long from one of the tree monsters on icp set sitting in my closet from that show i walked a mile to the bus that went back by my house. Haha
