Its nice you found a group of people to experience it with, and thats just it, The gathering is whatever you make it. I don’t think 

anyone has ever ruined it for me, other than the police and some thieving pieces of shit who me and my camp took in and 

where nice too. Karma came full circle when we saw them in the gridlock traffic as we were heading out, and lets just say, we got

our stuff back and then some for our time and trouble. That was in 2012.  

Yeah, that was kind of my point.  There are bigots, and for too many people, it seems like “dealing with it” consists of ignoring it instead of confronting the racism/homophobia/etc.  I don’t think expecting juggalos, or any humans really, to say something when they encounter racism/homophobia/sexism is setting my standards too high- NOT expecting others to say anything in response to bigotry is setting your standards too low.  Whether or not people get along is really a whole different thing than accepting bigotry.  Of course you can’t control how people think, but you can be a part of setting the social standard that racist comments are or are not acceptable in the juggalo community, and in society in general.
