‘Excision” is billed as THE LOUDEST rave tour/promotion. They put sound advisories on their flyers for ear protection. They’re stage setups are so MASSIVE and tricked out, that some venues have to make do with scaled-down versions.
So like I said, if the neighbors got pissy with Trickle for all the Juggalo fireworks… pfft… After Excision, they’ll be sleeping like babies for THIS Gathering by comparison!

A note on the weather…
While rain during the Gathering is a consideration, another is all the rain that has come down before we get there.
As I learned a few years back, excessive rains soak the grounds out there and the large tractors and cranes they use to build the stages (with their huge tread wheels) tens to sink down a bit and create trenches from the mud they squish out.
When they sun comes out, those trench walls dry into crap you have to constantly step over to avoid tripping over yourself; as well as, helping to eliminate some viable camping area (unless you wanna stamp it all down).
Hopefully it hasn’t been too bad over there.

Very possible it could be soggy.

Okay, so just to make sure that we’re all on the same page:
we have Scruffy and Shaman doin their own thing near the spot
Mike, Paulina, and Chuckie doin their own thing near the spot
Chesh being near, if not, in the spot
Krunk and Psyral (sp? fuck it. You know who I mean) doin their own thing
and a bunch of us campin in/if not near the spot
Am I understanding everything correctly?
We all on the same page, yeah?
Cause we a few days away, ya’ll. If you have concerns 1.) You should have voiced em awhile back 2.) That’s it really. If you gotta problem with the layout you were quiet when quite a few people asked you to speak up and hash em out. It’s on you.
One more day of work and then I’m headed home. Fuck some beef. Fuck some internet-drama. We headed home, ya’ll.
And again, please, fucking PLEASE be careful on the road. There will be plenty of time to do your thing once you’re there. Be safe and smart.

Weedo, you within the village or out? We have a pm party going on, on the sidelines. Word is we will have at least 3 canopies. Spookys dream that made sense with the majority was to do a “u shaped” tent pattern leaving the middle open for common gathering practices. Theres room for you, and for all!
To everyone else, within the village or out im gonna ask that you find strings of lights. Christmas lights or rope lights or something of the sort. Faygoluvers village will be lit! Ill bring nametag thingies to keep tabs on whose is whose. Not asking anyone to buy anything extra. Just grab whatever you have laying around.

I’m not sure that’s correct but… What the hell do I know? Guess it’s my turn to be confused.

“Good” News! (?)
I was able to make a few modifications to my original flagpole and I will be able to bring it along!
Actually… I figured out where I fucked up when I made the damn thing. The inner pole was too long and I created the ‘fixed’ point where I shouldn’t have (but all the drill holes were in the correct placement so I don’t know what I was trying to do).
Either way, the flag can now rotate in it’s base section AND can be locked off. I’m less concerned about scratching the paintjob at this point )cuz it’s too easy to do with just a fingernail) and I already got plans on making a whole new setup anyway.
The Faygoman Flag will be in attendance. Not THE Faygoman Flag. Just the one I made ‘~’=

I have only voiced this aloud once but there absolutely is a part of me that thinks that when we all get there all the plotting and “so and so said a thing and I don’t like it therefor so and so is a such and such” shit will immediately get disregarded and we’ll all just end up camping together. It dropkicks my pride into a flaming table to say it but honestly, it’s right there in the atmosphere hovering above me. Waiting to prove to me how wrong every one can be and how all emotions are nothing but silly little evolutionary leftovers from when we had to fight saber-tooth tigers on the daily.
Some people are pretty fuckin mad at some people, for good reason, but eh…idk…I can see it happening.
^I’m not tryin to be cryptic btw. Sorry about that. I just know some that haven’t openly said their beefs here for whatever reason so I’m not going to “out” em.^
