VERY IMPORTANT! My first gathering I drank tons of water thinking I was doing well. The day after the Gathering I ended up in the hospital with my electrolytes bottomed out. I kept blacking out and I was unsure at the time why.

Yeah i know. Thanks for the heads up tho!!! Im bringing that big Gatorade powder and putting in one of tbose big orange water cylinder containers. Thats for everyone. Im bringing a couple. I just dont want to say too much that way ninjas dont just rely on someone else saving thrm from death. And I bought like 30 of these things. They are the shit. Maybe some coconut water too.

So happy to be going this year! Will be good to see familiar faces. I've only been to one gathering (last years) and couldn't wait to come back!
