Being “big” sucks, since we get limitations, atleast when you’re small you can add an object to increase height. Really hard to take away height….plus everyone uses us like inspector gadget #GoGoGadgetArms

attention:  there is a four dollar reaching fee.  this is a standard fee, and though we giants usually waive it for the first one, if you keep asking for big brother to get your toys down from the closet, big brother expects to be rewarded.

four dollars.  per.

the fee will continue to be charged until every door lintel and ceiling fan in america is raised to a minimum height of eight feet.

that is all.

Did you ever wonder why sky scrapers are skinny? Thats cuz they can withstand the wind…we never fall, we just sway.

As for making fat profitable…

A job as a seat filler for couples at award shows? Turning change/coins into bills/dollars?? Make shrunken clothes their original size???

@noah-fence , everything can be profitable. Just have to find a buyer. We live in a time where virtual currency has monetary value, I see no reason why something more physical can’t have monetary value too.

I remember one of my college professors talking about skyscrapers swaying.  Apparently there was one where the designers didn’t account for the fact that the it causes the steel (which is connected to absolutely everything) to flex.  So they designed it like a normal building where everything is rigid and there is no room allowed for movement.  The result was 500-pound sheets of glass raining down on the street and sidewalk.  From a 790 foot building.

if im not mistaken, what usually happens is, the tempered glass will shatter in the frame, and what rains down is a not-as-dangerous-as-it-sounds cloud of glass kitty litter.  as opposed to big heavy sheets [and yeah, those fuckers can get pretty damn heavy].

ive never seen it, but they tell me that a sheet of tempered glass, when falling through the air [even if gently dropped from a helicopter or sumn] will always undergo sufficient torsion to shatter it.  a whole sheet, that is, not a little lite.

i have seen one pop right in my face just tryin to ease it over about a centimeter, so i believe it.

Nah, this was like late 60s / early 70s.  It’s the Hancock Tower in Boston.  They were popping out the frames and falling as full sheets because of wind.  They had to take all of them out and fill the holes with plywood, then they decided that tempered glass was probably a better idea.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.boston.com/news/omg/2015/07/15/when-they-built-the-hancock-towerand-it-started-falling-apart/amp

article says it swayed too much, postponed opening for 5 years and cost an extra 100 million.

I do watch Gumball. Also Teen Titans, the various Dragon Balls, Futurama, Rick and Morty, and American Dad. I watch others but those are my “go to” cartoons. I probably watch cartoons more than any other genre. Is it odd for someone getting close to 50 to still watch cartoons daily?

I dunno man.

Tv just looks like Tim and Erick to me. Like to take it serious is silly.

I mean yeah we know how strong the medias influence is but u know what i mean.

Fuckin caricatures..so cartoons make more sense.

I think ur doing just fine.

I watch all those too

I thought it was pretty decent. I was prepared to hate it because of her recent political shift but it’s more or less the same and it explores the very real tensions between politically divided families.

With queer characters, interracial families, accurate representations of poverty, and criticisms of capitalistic driven health care made it a pretty decent night.

The second episode about surrogacy was a pretty fun way of introducing the actress who played the second Becky.
