Not to be outdone… We had a ‘tie-dye’ station.

Arts n’ muthfuckin’ CRAFTS up in this bitch! Thanks to Sara (sic?), our camp was decked the fuck out with Hatchet/Faygomanz and bandannas n’shit… and then everybody got to dying-up stuff that ultimately became more decorations as they hung to dry in the sun and rain.

I saw plenty of people WEARING tie-dye shit they either bought or brought… WHO THE FUCK ELSE was doing it right there?! FLV.

For as much as I will always say that Gathering 17 (fuck your math) was a “turning point” for Our Village/Forum Community… Gathering 19 turned out to be a new ‘benchmark’ as to how “we” could/can/should carry on forward.

Pretty much ALL of my anxieties and worries were fer naught; if only because someone else was there to help. I brought all kinds of shit with me that never got used (like I had a band-aid box that was like a fuckin’ nursing station for those with cuts and foot injuries)… but I had it. And that’s how it was. Everyone had something the other didn’t and by virtue of the fact that there were enough of us gathering TOGETHER… everyone was there for each other. That’s the shit.

When mafkas decide that they wanna stay right where they are rather than getting up to go find something to amuse themselves with… then you know we done good.

So many little stories and anecdotes…

Shit, now that I know that fuckers can just pull in and set up their own little “radio station”… I may just try to hook that up for next year! Faygoluvers Radio!

More to follow, I’m sure… but, I tend to go on.

Cool meeting with ya/gathering with ya. I 1000% co sign the sentiment towards Sazarah, Drunkalo/His wife and Cell E/Maryonette. It was all orchestrated top notch from the snacks, drinks, home cooked burrito/buffet to the expert decor(next year I’m making it a point to contribute to y’alls efforts by PayPal transfer or cash in hand on those runs to the walmart). JC/Adam I believe contributed as well in some ways too behind the scenes on the cool(I may be mistaken but I believe they were apart of assistance to Cell E/ Maryonette and their freshness) props to them.

You’re right entertainment was passed up for just hanging tough in the village, and for myself being a recluse the fact I had a COMFORTABLE rest and reboot space was beyon

If this is in regards to next years gathering i have an idea id like to throw to you two and let you two shake it around some. I took it to the pre-village text message group and got 3 votes for, out of the 3 replies i got.

I so need to sit down and type my side of the village…

Short version is i appreciate the kudos on the sign but i dont handle kudos very well so id like to pass them elseware or to whom i appreciated this year.

Spooky claimed our spot, worked out perfectly for the number of folks we had. Him and bonesaw humped ass and set tents up. Kudos to you men, great spot. Also thanks for helping lug the generator in with me.

Speaking of generators there was 2 more available, i just got overly excited and whipped mine out first. I cant take credit for providing lights, cause they would have been there regardless.

Speaking of a second generator i have to give extra kudos to Celle (they brought a generator) for helping me drag shit in.

Speaking of hauling extra shit in i have to give props to Adam and miss JC, they helped haul a large load of our shit back out. Thanks to the two of you.

For all of you, thanks for including us this year and showing us what family i put myself in the middle of. The mrs keeps repeating herself saying it was very comfortable to just sit there. Hypnotized ninja and lsdemon got it. It didnt matter what was going on, it was cool just to sit and bs and meet people. Thank you all for making it feel homey and familial.

I’m still trying to put my wig back on and post my perspective!

Work has taken alot outta me since I got back…the wheels feel off the wagon during my absence and I’ve been working hard at putting it back together.

On the plus side my boss was so fuckin glad I’m back that he gave me an extra vacation day pay and a raise!

I should be able to make time to recollect my thoughts tomorrow and post my experience.
