Yes, night lighting is a must this year…ive been looking for a solution everytime im at a store…yet to be solved

Im assuming the sanctioned event will not be happening…mostly due to very little attendance numbers on the discussion, which brings up the situation of who is actually attending…and more importantly who is all camping in the village.

My status…imma camp at the village…seems like the village is gonna be more like a ghost town….and that makes me a sad panda.

I am so pumped for the gathering and glad it’s back in Ohio. What are y’all guess on new artist to the gathering? Froggy Fresh was an awesome surprise last year and R.A The Rugged man killed it even after being turned off.

Do I need one of the vehicle passes in addition?  It says that your car can’t enter Legend Valley without one, but it can’t leave once it gets to your site.  I assume there’s a parking lot outside the gate where you can leave your car for the 4 days without buying the pass, and you can walk your stuff in, right?  It’s an extra $100 is why I’m asking.  

The car pass is for only if you want to have your car next to your camp site. You definitely can park in the general parking lot for free and walk to where you want to camp. There are a lot of little rocks on the trails so it can be a pain if you do have a lot of stuff but its not far walk depending on where you want to camp. Some spots are literally on the other side of the parking lots. Those spots though are the furthest from everything though

I remember hearing a couple people complaining about the parking passes 2 years ago. They were saying that the pass got you into a different designated lot further than the general parking lot and were trying to get their money back. We didnt get the parking pass that year so i honestly have no idea whether its beneficial or not. Just remember hearing them complain. Maybe ask around before paying extra?

Also if theres a fishing tournament, bring carp bait with high test line, and a net. There were 2/3 large carp huddled around the fountain and the rest of the shallow pond seemed dead. Nothing was biting anywhere else.

Im keeping my eyes peeled for the free arcade, couple beers and some old pinball games is where im gonna spend my free time!

Sorry pal, wrong terminology. It was a “car” pass they were complaining about. Dont know the whole gist of the story, just remember hearing them bitching aloud in passing. Its a small venue, ill be hauling all our shit in regardless. Where was the last village at? We crashed right inside the main gate at the top of the hill. Worked decent for us, lame crowd, near the seminar and comedy tent.
