Psychopathic talked about selling a video (VHS mostly back then) of the first GOTJ, and we went there and were so hype to think that we’d have physical footage, but nein. Never came to life.
The Twiztid 2000 GOTJ footage is good, though.

They are just fan recorded dvds of the concerts and some of the mayhem. I dont really see how it would be different than posting the Youtube videos of it. Nothing is commercially available.
