I do like an idea of a documentary too, that could be something we constantly do during the gotj and doesnt have to be a “set time” thing….we could call it “A Fam muh lee Undaground: Bootleg Edition” released on Zoe and Zoey Records…we could even have a rydas skit using the reno rydas

Ok some things i noticed about the questions that havent been asked about having a midway games event that are running thru peoples heads:

Will “customers” have to pay?…what kinda prizes?…what kinda games to have?…what time frame?…who will be the carney of a booth?……..i know im missing some other logistics so chime in and i will gladly answer it!

I say we shouldnt charge to play, but im not opposed to it…maybe we could wrap a scavenger hunt into the cost of playing, kinda like how @PsyralInfection suggested with the “walking stick” idea. At disney land they have lanyards they put hat pins on, or we could pass out tokens like bars do for drinks…we could pass these out on day zero and day one, during a scavenger hunt and run the games the rest of the week…and if anyone didnt collect any tokens during the scavenger hunt, or wants to play more, we can charge a premium for them during the “games” portion of the event….also if any female wants to flash and get sprayed by a super soaker of faygo, id accept that!

Prizes: i have lots of ideas, like nsync and drake stickers on a water bottle, a plastic goldfish in a bag of water, stuffed toys, beer, food, herkimer diamonds, flh hatpins and stickers, posters, and lots more…once i start gathering prizes the possibilities are endless.

Fyi i plan on dropping about 200 bones towards prizes and if yall throw in the prizes could be plentiful!

Games: i like my idea of guessing ages, also theres the duck pond game thingy, dunk tank, ballon darts, scruffys trivia challenge, guess the color(12 sided die), ring toss, frogs wheel (if he wants to partake), the list goes on.

Time frame: 11am to 3 pm, since there aint shit usually going on at that time and we are all usually up by then.

Carney: who ever would like to run a game, we need to know who wants to and what they are willing to run…maybe that person could be in charge of creating that booth to run? Of course who ever volunteers 1st would get that booth, but we should all be willing to run anything.

Also i agree with psyral, and the others who suggested it, we need to get V.D. at the gathering!

As for the video/movie thing, i am so down for that idea…fyi i dont care about professional quality since i prefer the roughness, like the purple show…i was thinking we all used our own camera, since everyone usually catches something crazy that others missed during the gathering…then we should put it all together and make it a dvd for only the flh crew to have…i know id love to have a dvd of people i know, adventures of the gathering to watch whenever i want…i have a vhs-c of about 3 hours i NEED to convert to dvd cuz i have some fr3sh adventures and hijinx id love to show yall!…seeing everyones perspectives combined on one dvd would be awesome imo, and id think it would be better than pictures!…we could even show them at future gotj’s and make others want to join in on the festivities!
