I would love more metal at the gathering.
System of a down would be timeless
Rob zombie
Slipknot
Mushroom head again
Mudvayne
Hate breed- even tho they’re racist, still got lots good songs
Shadows fall
LAMB OF GOD
Korn- tho we know that won’t ever happen
Any 2 or 3 of them would be sufficient
I don’t think SOAD or Slipknot would ever happen… bitch ass Sharon Osbourne made all the performers of Oz fest play for free because SOAD for example was charging $500,000 to play. Well their agent was I guess. Too pricey… but yeah I have not heard that Hatebreed was racist, do you have reliable info to back thus up? Lyrics, YouTube hate chants, white supremacy interviews?

id actually like to see LESS metal at the gathering, but thats just me.
i dont hate on the rock juggalos, but its not my thing. ive been surprised before, though. biohazard on the jeckel brothers tour, for example.
thinkin on it, i suppose rob zombie would be kinda fresh. but it seems unlikely.
and to hell with any racist bands. dont need that shit at all.
awfully paranoid, arent you?

I thought hate breed had a song called kill the nigger. But when I tried to Google it I found out that its not them. But, it was on lime wire as hatebreed. My mistake
Also found that CNN listed em as a rasict band. But hate breed stated they weren’t racist. Later removed from the CNN article.
They say they are a self supremesist group, not a white supremesist group.

Yeah I found it unlikely, glad you clarified. They could easily be confused with Hatecore subgenre of metal by the lazy media… and yes Scruff, Biohazard is good stuff… I agree that too much metal would kinda ruin the whole idea of an underground rap festival started by ICP, but a live band or two a night can work wonders on keeping the aural palette fresh… Mayday and Rehab type stuff is the best in my opinion, with dope rappers and equally dope singing. I’m biased though because those are two of my favorite groups.

Rob Zombie & System of a Down would both be dope I agree
Action Bronson, Danny Brown, ODD FUTURE (though it could either be a disaster or an epic show…they get pretty crazy during their sets and juggalos are juggalos but I think it'd be a fun time), of course the usual artists like Tech and whatnot, Brotha Lynch Hung (doing OLD SONGS and new songs), Onyx, Flatbush Zombies, and if I think of a few others I'll throw them out as well

yeah i really doubt any metal there this year. as long as Three 6 Mafia is there, my Gathering trip is worth it. also if they get project pat and/or lord infamous up there with them, all the better
however SlipKnoT would be the ultimate gathering guest in my eyes. J answered me in a hatchet herald about the ‘Knot saying their price tag is way too high to get them

I’d really love to see KRS-One perform or do a seminar, same with Professor Griff. A real Wu-Tang show would be bomb and they should know they’d get the respect. What happened with Red&Meth was bullshit but they shouldn’t of assumed it would just be another festival gig under their belt, the upmost respect for continuing on with the show however. Nas would completely flip my wig if he got booked and showed up.. Speaking of which…
GET DMX TO ACTUALLY FUCKING SHOW UP THIS YEAR!!!!!!!!!!! Fuckin drove 16hrs from NJ to see a NY cat do his thing, just so he could no show and then play Rock The Bells in NJ right after, fuckin frustrating lol. Guess he didn’t know about the bridge.
As far as new blood, I think MGK‘s live show would go over well at GOTJ, and I’d probably fuck myself up pretty bad during the show if Five Finger Death Punch got a slot. They’re the only new-ish metal band that can even hold my attention anymore.
Much Love!

and fuck odd future they suck live and i think they would get fucked up if they jumped in the crowed at the gathering like they do at the there shows.

If its not the crowd fuckin everything up for certain acts like they did method man. It’s artists fighting with each other like dj bless an necro about who deserved main stage. Everyone I’d like to see there have already said they would never go or never return because of dumb shit like that.
I guess ICP invites the artists who perform so why would people throw things at them? This would show disrespect to ICP as well. Maybe there should be more security & they should check what people are bringing in. If I were an artist, I’d be very hesitant to perform there.
