Ex porn star Tila Tequila has been kicked out of the Celebrity Big Brother house after just one day, amid backlash over an image of her posing in Nazi uniform in front of a concentration camp.
A Channel 5 spokesman told Mirror Online: “Unfortunately, Channel 5 and Endemol did not know about the views and attitudes Tila had expressed in social media postings prior to her involvement in Celebrity Big Brother.
“When they were brought to our attention, she was called to the Diary Room for a discussion with producers and was subsequently removed from the house.
“The views Tila had expressed, and permitted to remain uncorrected, are totally unacceptable and, accordingly, her continued involvement in the programme was untenable.”
It comes after a Jewish group slammed Channel 5 and the makers of Celebrity Big Brother for using contestant Tila who is embroiled in a row over an image of her posing in Nazi uniform in front of a concentration camp.
The controversial American star, known for her reality series A Shot at Love, entered the CBB house last night, posted the image of herself standing in front of Auschwitz back in December 2013, holding a gun and wearing a Nazi armband and hat.
Tequila, born Thien Thanh Thi Nguyen, then continued to spark controversy with further anti-semitic rants and claimed to be Adolf Hitler reincarnated.
She also called Hitler “a brilliant artist” who was “ahead of his time” and then said she has “the same hopes and dreams as Hitler”.
“The British public has little time for attention seeking Nazi sympathisers like ‘Tila Tequila’, said Jonathan Sacerdoti, Director of Communications at the Campaign Against Antisemitism.
“Channel 5 and Endemol Shine UK ought to be ashamed of themselves for promoting such a deeply offensive and nasty person on prime time television.
“Her repulsive writings on the Hitler, the Holocaust and on Jewish people make her a totally unacceptable participant for this programme.
“Channel 5 ought to remove her immediately from the programme, and apologise fully for their enormous error of judgement. She should then be given the exact amount of public attention as she deserves: none.”
He added: “The undeniable facts and horrors of the Holocaust, in which 6 million Jewish people were systematically murdered, should be remembered by us all, as decent human beings. It is our responsibility to teach the next generation of this darkest chapter of our history so as to help them form a fairer future.”
A spokeswoman for Channel 5 confirmed with the Evening Standard that it was investigating the comments made by Tequila.
She said: “These comments did not come to the attention of Channel 5 or Endemol UK prior to this contestant’s entry into the Big Brother house. We are currently investigating these comments.”

Back in 2013 I made a statement about Hitler not being a bad person, and pimmediately realized soon after that I had made a terrible mistake that would ultimately come back to haunt me. During that time I had been suffering from severe depression, and drug addiction for many years prior to that. I also attempted to commit suicide in 2012, and overdosed on prescription pills. I wanted to die. I felt worthless, and unloved as that pain continued to grow causing me to further spiral out of control. Losing touch of myself, and reality. It was absolutely the lowest point I had ever reached in my life, and today I am truly sorry to everyone that I may have hurt along my self-destructive path. I have made many mistakes that I am definitely not proud about, but I am only a flawed human who is trying my best to be a better person than I was in the past. I am deeply sorry for my irresponsible, wreckless, and selfish actions and I hope that everyone can forgive me for the pain that I may have caused. I want to be a good role model for my daughter because I don’t want her to go through what I have had to endure. I hope that I will be given a second chance at life to make things right again. We all make mistakes in life, and I have unfortunately made many in the public eye. Although I cannot do much to change my past mistakes now, I can however, try to make things right from this moment forward, and be the best person that I can be. I am in no way, shape or form a racist nor antisemitic, and absolutely 100% not a Nazi supporter. It was a careless mistake I made in 2013 while suffering from severe depression, drug addiction, and suicidal. That is not the woman I have grown up to be today, and the loving mother that I have become. I humbly ask for forgiveness from everyone I may have hurt or offended. I just want a second chance at life to start over, and be given a chance to fix my wrongs. It will be a work in progress, but I want to do this so that my daughter will be proud of me one day, and have a positive, strong role model in her life. And that starts with me.
I hope that Celebrity Big Brother gives me a second chance.

Soooooo she made comments and posted a picture TWO YEARS AGO and they still let her on the show? No doubt somebody on the crew complained about it and they had to do something about it or risk a PR nightmare. I really am surprised that they don’t let her stay on the show, because nutty bitches like this are perfect for “reality” shows.

But i agree society is pretty ignorant or “opinionated” on suicide…that does feed into some of the symptoms of being suicidal. Like not telling anyone and feeling even more alone cuz “no one gets it.”.
But yeah i used to be fucken bat shit crazy u gave no idea what type of shit came out my mouth cuz of drugs and being sick. It was probably like psychosis or something. People need to get help quick in that state. Ppl didnt believe me either.

I don’t care for Tila Tequila in any way, i personally believe she’s a bitch in real life. But depression is an even bigger bitch. I suffer from it myself, along with afew other things. It really is a tterrible feeling when somebody doesn’t get what you’re going through. It doesn’t help when someone says “Just get over it” or “you’re faking it” . Not all dieseases can be seen.

I’ve known people in my life that have ACTUALLY committed suicide and it pisses me off to no end when little fucks like this skank try to drum up sympathy with supposed depressive attempts bringing such a thing into their fucked up little narratives. Especially this piece of human effluence who felt the need to bring another human life into her world of skankery.
People who are ACTUALLY suicidal do not go around telling people and do not telegraph their intent to do so. They just fuckin’ do it and ruin all the lives of the people around them that cared the most.
So again, I say to this bitch, “Whatever”, guess you couldn’t do THAT right either, hmmm?
And to anyone that actually believes that going on for SEVERAL MONTHS about Hitler and blaming it on “suicidal thoughts” has anything to do with it… I got a bridge in Brooklyn I’d like to sell you.

I guess you also fully empathize/defend when celebrities go to a five-star, all inclusive rehab centers for “exhaustion”, hmm?
And as far as her “suicide attempt” is concerned, I can tell she’s full of crap just through little Freudian slips like in this quote:

And just an FYI, she was already OUT of rehab when she took all that time and typing and photoshooting praising Hitler. It wasn’t one short statement or a single tweet. They were diatribes.
She musta been REALLY depressed then when she fucked herself and on a Sybian on Howard Stern…
A friend of mine put a gun to his head and blew his brains out while everyone else was in the other room downstairs waiting for him to get ready to go out for the night. Years later, another friend; after having had a pleasant afternoon of shopping and lunch with her boyfriend, upon coming home, went into the bathroom and hung herself from the showerhead for him to find shortly after.
We know better now.
When little fuckin’ fame whores like this want to play the “suicide game” and expect sympathy from it to leak over to other actions for it…. THAT is why I’m like, “Whatever bitch”.

It sucks. And when I say depression made me think things that weren’t true, and I behaved badly because of it, society just says, “Whatever bitch.”
So, like I said… I don’t justify her actions or her behavior. But I won’t dismiss her claim that it’s depression. I think any chance we have to rid the world of depression, I’d like to see taken. I really do believe letting that shit run rampant is what’s responsible for how crummy society is nowadays.
I pretty much agree with you on everything you said @LuckyNumbrXIII , the only thing that can be argued however is whether or not she truly does suffer from depression or not, of if she is just using it as an excuse to cover up the personally damaging truth that she does in fact sympathize with Nazis. Which in my opinion makes her more of a Nazi because those of us who actually do suffer from mental illnesses are looked upon like we may be faking it or something.
But even in my worst state of mind, I’d never dress up as a Nazi for christ sake. I personally believe that photo shoot was a “blonde moment” for her, a lame attempt to look edgy and it backfired, and use mental illness as her reason. Fuck her.
