That’s why you don’t do long distance and asexuals. Unless you travel a lot. Especially from other countries. You don’t want to know the struggles of having a relationship with somebody in another country. Deportation is a real and funny thing.

I met a couple at the 2005 Gathering who said they had a polyamerous relationship.  Turns out that meant to them that the chick had numerous partners in their tent while he sat outside butthurt.  I dont think they understood the term lol…

I have a friend who was born and raised here in the USA, but had some kind of paperwork issue when he visited his family in The Philippines,  and was forced to stay there for one full year. We clown him about it to this day. Good guy, too. Hell of an artist and rapper.

Anyway, my wife and I are polyamorous. We decide our own set of rules. Basically we both are only interested in each other and other females, so we either share a friendship with another female, and/or have flings with them, or other randomness. Admittedly, we haven’t had the time to engage in any of our usual stuff since having kids, but my wife reassured me recently that we are not over with our lifestyle. We’ve been together since 1998, married since 2005. She’s never been with any other man but me. I’m a lucky sonofa mother. Has it caused problems? Oh yeah. Mainly from our friends who either cannot fathom what we do and act unpredictably nutsoid about it, to the jealous friends, the bitter ones, and the malicious. Typically the threeway relationship (which doesn’t always involve sex… always some intimacy, but not always classic dick vagina shenanigans) taper off into a long-distance, but fondly remembered, bond. Plus sometimes, we just, for lack of a better term, “fuck the bitches”. Sometimes that’s all everyone wants. We rarely pursue anyone.. these things just kinda happen. In conclusion, Mrs. Applebacher, yes, we are polyamorous people. Life’s too short and there’s no heaven, so how bout we create a simulation of that shit?
