I've come to the conclusion that I am a musical genius. If you disagree, fuck you try to do better.

Other than the fact that every tune, melody, bass line, riff, etc. was created by me. (not including sampled tunes but I rarely sample tunes) I mean, I do play each tune and melody that is put into my music before I put it into my music. I can't read music (I used to be able to read a snare sheet but idk if I can anymore) but I have taught my self to play some tunes simply by ear. Either way I include beat production as well as rapping along with mixing and mastering into the musical category. If it's not musical talent than what would it be? I also have to add that I have never had a teacher to teach me how to do this, I learned every bit of everything I know about music myself by studying and experimenting. I call that musical genius.

In all seriousness I really do respect that. You teaching yourself. To paraphrase kevin smith in one of joe rogans podcasts " Only good can come out of positive reinforcement for an artist, nothing good can come out of putting him down".

So yeah don't give up if that's what you feel your meant to do. If your a musical genius prove it to the world!

The point of this post is that I make music at a level that I find to be superior compared to others who are in my position. I like it, and I know other people like it too. That's good enough for me. As egotistical as this post is, I'm not an egotistical person, I just have profound confidence in my musical ability. I've worked at honing my musical talents for years, I still have a long ways to go to get to the level that I want to be at, but right now I'm at a level where I can comfortably say that I am really really good and I've heard others that agree. There are a few people that just don't like me as a person, or just don't like that fact that I have a talent that they don't, that say that my music is shit, I'm shit and that I will never be shit. (nobody on here) This post is my new attitude for these people. If you don't like my music I challenge you to do something better. If you can't sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up. Honestly, I'm a fan of music, you do something better than me, great, I now have something new to listen to. It's not like I'm saying that I'm the best musician to ever be born, I'm just saying that I'm talented with music.

You just don't understand the definition for the word genius. Here's a direct post of the definition.

Genius

Noun

1. Exceptional intellectual or creative power or other natural ability.

2. A person who is exceptionally intelligent or creative, either generally or in some particular respect: "musical genius".

And I shit you not, I did not put the musical genius there myself, that was actually a hilarious coincident that they put "musical genius" as an example.

Thanks man, and I will, trust me, if I think a song sounds like shit I will scrap it and start again until I get it perfect. I'm the biggest fan of my own music so I don't want to release music that disappoints me.

The keyword in that definition is exceptional. I will agree with warlock in that genius isn't a word I use too often. Usually reserved for those who have already proven themselves....Stephen King-George Carlin-Nicola Tesla-William Shakespeare- Mozart- Einstein- Michio Kaku etc etc
