I think Van Halen, Necro and Billie Eilish are all extremely talented in their own ways. Am I a fan of or do I follow these people? No. Do I expect a 17 year old to know Van Halen? Fuck NO. I'm only 23 and all I know about Van Halen is people hate Sammy Hagar. I don't see why Necro gave a fuck but at the same time I do. If someone didn't know The Juice Crew, I would find it funny, but I wouldn't berate them. Also, "good" music is such a fucking subjective term and we ALL know that. For any of us to have that good/bad old/new talking is fucking childish.( As I'm typing someone just drove playing "bad guy" which I recognized by only the bassline. ) And last of, all three of these fanbases should just go back to being unaware of one another.

My homie sent me that Bad Guy song and surprisingly I liked it a lot at the time. Then I tried to listen to the album and it sucked hard. Never I listened to that song again. Billie Eilish is here today and gone tomorrow, say hi to Justin Bieber on your way to a dumpster. But Necro is a classic already and you can't do nothing about it. I'm 27 and this is my first time hearing about The Juice Crew.
Vinyl, what would you consider "mumble rap"? It's not exactly properly defined as a genre.
Also Necro thinks Hopsin is Corny too, not exactly helping your case.
A lot of "mumble rappers" are really good. According to wiki (because where else are we gonna find info like this?):

except the ones that overdosed and died I heard of them but never their music
and as for the people saying Van Halen hasen't had a hit in forever
when's the last time guns and roses,Metallica,AD/DC/bon jovi,kiss,motorhead,motley crue any of these rock/metal bands had a legit hit??
