made a short video of me in my studio, with a little snippet of the first track for my album.
I love this song so much and wanna give huge props to Demonic swagger for coming through with a beat and Jacktron form Edgar Suit blowing me away with her AMAZING vocals on the hook.
Will be dropping the single on the 1st of march. you should definitely follow me on Twine or Soundcloud and keep updated.

ive got about 6 songs fully recorded for the album so far, and most things about half way done.
ive gotten heaps of work done since ive been back from holidays.
i wanna hit the half way mark before i have to fly again in 2 weeks.

In my experiences in playing in bands and writing music, it tends to be the songs that came naturally and felt "easy" that are the most enjoyable. It is NOT easy to have that happen, but when it does it is niiiice. But yes, I came up with that hook almost immediately, so it also clicked right away. Of course, Jackie (excuse me, Jacktron) sang it and brought it to life WAY more than I could and added her own flare to it. I love the beat, too.

Right now just taking our time with shit. Jackie is an artist and I like to make sure she keeps that her priority. In the meantime, I have been constantly writing new material and recording the instrumentals, so something's always going on. Been very happy with some of the stuff we're doing and we definitely had a good time with Novacaine!
