@scottied , ok maybe it’s the fact that I am not very good at this computer stuff, but I can’t figure out how and where to change my profile pic. Every place I try it seems to fail. How do you do it?

Ok. Tried exactly that. Every time I get an error saying: ERROR: Please enter a nickname.
I don’t even see a nickname field. I see a “Name” field (Where you have the name “Shifty”), but no matter what I put in that field, it still gives me an error.

Yeah that was the problem that was supposed to be fixed. It worked for me. Have you tried a different browser?

Ok. Tried in different browsers. I have 6 different browsers (IE 11, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari, Edge). The same error message …

Well, I changed my profile pic, but I did it the “long way around”. I had to access the FTP site and manually change the photo stored there for my user number.

I’d say that you guys who are having issues should try deleting your history/cache, but @psyral-infection knows what the fuck he’s doing. lol. I don’t know why it’d work for some and not others though. I just cleared the cache on our cloud-based firewall. Give it a shot again if you would.

@scottied , Just tried again. Same error. And I made sure history/cache was cleared. I had also tried it on different browsers. Same error.

It’s usually let’s me do it on my cell phone but it takes a couple times lol it took me months to change mine on the computer lol if you haven’t already try your cell phone.
