Twiztid’s 2nd Annual Astronomicon is only 2 weeks away! I missed the first one because in mid flight, Detroit’s airport shut down and they turned our plane right the fuck around. I’ll be damned if that happens again this year!
Anyways, we’ve got some great news for those of you who are planning on making it out to Sterling Heights, MI for the pop culture convention! The Panel / Q&A Schedule has been revealed!
There will be different panels including Haunted High-Ons, Jake The Snake, Goosebumps, Big Stank & Lil Poot, and lots more! There will also be contests, trivia, and something called the Twiztid 10K Giveaway that definitely caught my attention! Check out the full line-up here:

It’s literally the second year they’ve done this, still in its infancy as a convention. They aren’t going to have the biggest and best names yet, but if they keep putting it on and keep having solid attendance and the word spreads, the names will get bigger and better. Let it grow!

Exactly! Glad somebody said it. I mean shit does anybody remember how the first gatherings were? Just gathering in a small ass civic center building! Budgets gonna be tight with events like this at first. Give it some time guys damn. I personally still think it’s fresh as hell. Fuck at least they’re doing something for y’all be fucking greatful.

Crazy how that works, huh? I’ll always have a place in my heart for the old school stuff, and always will look back on it fondly.
My thoughts though are that the guys at MNE took what they learned at Psy, used some of those things, are still pretty early in their existence, but are building something great.
We, as fans, need to attach to what we enjoy and bump whatever the hell we wanna bump.

Juggalo trivia with blaze huh? Sounds more like a DCG Con thing to me. Line up still sucks but if it gets better every year, more power to ya. I personally think astronomicon will tank after this year, but who knows.
