Maybe if you guys did some research and read some actual government documents, you'd know what the issue is, and why Chuck Reeves is more correct on the march than anybody. Maybe then you will understand why Twiztid didn't jump on the bandwagon. Twiztid didn't want to shit on the Juggalos' parade with legal facts. They remained silent and said Go ahead and march but know why you're marching for. Twitzid also didn't want to look stupid when the legal facts came out to show that ICP and their legal team didn't even know what the fuck they were doing - which is why the case has been thrown out more than once now.  By the way, it took the judges this December to reach their conclusion. Here is what the result was for juggalos. And I'm using my own words. You can't blame the  NGIC for MERELY POINTING OUT that 4 states HAD ALREADY classified you a  hybrid-gang that engaged in low level criminal activity and nothing serious like rape, murder, massive drug rings, etc like actual fucking gangs that NEVER LEAVE THE FBI NGIC LIST when it is issued every two years. The FBI agency, NGIC, assessed you for one year, and determined that with your minor petty crimes and semi disorganized, independent nature, you were not a national threat. You are not on any national gang list that says Juggalos are a gang in all 50 states. There is no gang list. Hence why you have never been mentioned since the 2011 report. The FBI said the states should deal with Juggalo criminals as regular criminals and that was the end of it. Take your fight to the states if you think your constitutional rights have been attacked.

I'm inclined to agree. Being mentioned in this insignificant way in 2011, and then never being talked about again because you're not a serious enough threat and most definitely not a gang in every state...oh wow some fucking gang list. Yeah, that's a really slanderous gang list. Yeah, whatever you fuckin 17%rs, including CPN. Not only do some of you 17%rs not read, but you're also too entitled these days. 17%rs need to take some fucking responsibility for their actions and learn how to read government documents and do research. I've been listening to ICP for almost twenty years now and the idiocy I see from some 17%rs is just astounding. This is no spooky, bugaboo, "gang list" that states Juggalos are a gang in every American state. No government document issued by the NGIC is titled a "gang list." That's not even government NGIC  jargon so why the fuck are we and juggalo lawyers using it? Monoxide and Madrox are correct. There is no "gang list." It is a bi annual assessment of a group that has only been classified as a hybrid gang in only four states. Let's drop the metaphors, drop the poetry, and get as literal as possible since we are dealing with a government agency, and in effect dealing with the law.  Juggalos are not a nationwide gang and there is no gang list.

As one judge in the most recent ruling said, if state and local cops are denying Juggalos their constitutional rights based on some outdated 2011 assessment, file a section 1983 suit against them and hold them accountable!!!

If anybody wants to prove me wrong, go ahead. I will change my opinion. From where I'm sitting, it's 17%rs that need to change their opinion based on the available government documents and realize that hating Twiztid just because CPN does and Joe Bruce does is a bad idea.  

Chuck Reeves is not an idiot regarding this fake gang list or misunderstanding of the list. But he is just one of many pieces I put together to reach my own conclusions that happen to fall in line with his and Jamie's and Paul's. The 17%ers are over-reacting and they are falsely boycotting Twiztid and throwing hate at them for something that is just not accurate. If Juggalos want peace in the underground, it has to come from both sides. Both sides need to act mature and responsible. The Twizzler idiots have to stop hating people just because they like ICP, and they have to stop pretending they never really liked ICP. The 17%ers need to stop listening to CPN, CNN, the Washington Post, and read some actual government documents themselves and try a little thinking. What is really being said. What is really being implied.

There is no federal gang list saying every Juggalo in 50 states is a suspect gang member that needs to be fired, thrown in jail and have their kids taken away from them. The 2011 document was an assessment that had to take a look at Juggalos due to what four states had done in terms of legally stating Juggalos were a gang in only those four states because of the semi serious crime going on. The FBI 2011 document does NOT state the following.

1. Every Juggalo in all 50 states is an actual or potential gang member.
2. Every Juggalo in all 50 states should be arrested and throw in jail for gang affiliation.
3. Every Juggalo in all 50 states should be fired from their jobs.
4. Every Juggalo in all 50 states should lose custody of their children, especially if during divorce court.

To this day, not ONE PERSON has been able to show me why I am wrong. I happily await the opportunity to change my view.

Because police departments and correctional facilities are just as stupid as you claim CPN is. I had a chick who was a correctional officer BRAG to me about writing a dude up for being a Juggalo. In Nebraska. I know it's only corcumstancial evidence but it happened, and Im sure it happened elsewhere. Which is why I'm glad ICP went to court and set a precedent that allowed other Juggalos to fight it.  

Yes that is my point. The police don't understand what the list is and what it meant. They are stupid and Juggalos are paranoid. But is it really the Juggalos' fault? What are Juggalos supposed to think the list means or implies when cops keep harassing them and claiming they have FBI sanction? well the good news is THEY DON'T. And that is what the judges said BOTH TIMES who THREW THIS CASE OUT. The lawyers may have made a legal mistake but they got something GOOD out of the judges. They stated as a matter of LEGAL FACT that police can't interfere with Juggalos' constitutional rights and act like it's okay because...well FBI. The judges basically said if the police do that THEY ARE WRONG. File a section 1983 lawsuit against the cops who interfere with your constitutional rights in any way shape or form. So yes, some good did come of the lawsuit, DESPITE BAD LEGAL ARGUMENTS. Because it also exposed INCORRECT POLICE BEHAVIOUR.

It may be pointless, but if I were you, I would get close to this correctional officer and ask her some questions. "Write him up" means what? Did she arrest him and put him in jail? On what charge? Is he on trial? On what charge? Did he pay a fine? Based on what city bylaw? What was his punishment and what exactly did this guy do?
