No, they dont use TMNT or power rangers. They use a specific font that is associated with TMNT in a homage to the turtles. Same with power rangers. This is protected under fair use. And i assume they had lawyers look over everything to make sure it was protected.

Is CPNs specific use of twiztids likenesses fair use? Possibly, possibly not. But i KNOW he didnt have any lawyers look over shit. And this is what a court case would be about for the most part, seeing if it counts as fair use in some way or if not.

Nothing twiztid has sold wouldve infringed on anything ICP could POSSIBLY copywrite or trademark. Like “juggalo”, the “hatchetman” symbol – which probably IS under copywrite or trademark, the concept of the dark carnival probably isnt unique enough, they might be able to trademark the name..but again, twiztid never really used it even when they were on the label.
